Pearl Jam revealed the dates for their new tour on their website Monday.

The 24-date tour will go through North America and Canada starting on Oct. 11 in Pittsburgh, Penn., and ending on Dec. 6 in Seattle, Wash. It is simply being called Pearl Jam 2013 North American Tour. Tickets for the tour go on sale to the public on July 27 at 10 a.m. Special tickets are also available Monday to members of their fan club.

The news comes after a mysterious countdown clock appeared on Pearl Jam's website on July 1. The clock hit zero at 1 p.m. on Monday, which coincided with the band's tour date announcement.

The band posted a YouTube video to accompany the announcement on their official YouTube page on Monday. The video features concert footage as well as a list of all tour dates.

The band, which includes Jeff Ament, Stone Gossard, Mike McCready, Eddie Vedder and Matt Cameron, are recording a new album this summer, though few details have been announced about its songs or release date.

"I've been told by the powers that be that I can't say anything yet because we are just mixing it right now," McCready said, discussing the potential new album during a radio show in May. "[The powers that be] are basically the five of us and our manager, we sit down and talk about -- honestly, we don't have a date for it yet."

Gossard explained to Billboard in May that the new album was "almost done" and that the band was "crossing our T's and dotting our I's."

The new album would be their first since 2009's Backspacer, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart. The album featured such hits as The Fixer and Just Breathe, and was the focus of their tour in 2010. They have since gone on tours in 2011 and 2012, despite not having any new music released.
