Zoe Lister-Jones has created and will star in a new comedy series titled Slip.

Lister-Jones has been making a name for herself in a variety of incredible films, phenomenal series, such as Life in Pieces, and other projects. She is a not a star on the rise but rather an already shooting star gathering infinitely more steam. Now, according to an article on Deadline, this remains to be true. It has been announced that Zoe Lister-Jones will be producing and performing in a new comedy series for Roku titled Risk.

The new series will be produced by TeaTime Pictures, a company which was founded by Dakota Johnson and Ro Donnelly, and Boat Rocker. In this new series, Lister-Jones will take on the role of Mae Cannon. Unlike the stars of various other sit-coms, Cannon finds herself in the throws of an INCREDIBLY functional marriage. This is not a show that will exist entirely in reality. Cannon will travel through parallel universes on the quest to find herself and her partner once again.

Many came to know the phenomenal actress as City Council Woman Fawn Moscato on the perfect, (yes, perfect), sit-com New Girl. She took a side character and made them one of the most unforgettable parts of the entire series. (And, with the most beloved characters, come an onslaught of impressions).
