Team Coco is teaming up with SiriusXM to create a new comedy channel.

In a five-year agreement, former late-night host and comedian Conan O'Brien has inked a deal with the satellite radio company to build upon his already stellar comedic properties.

As per the deal, O'Brien will continue to host his podcast, while collaborating with SiriusXM as executive producer of further original programming, while posting past Team Coco content on the network.

The Team Coco brand has definitely garnered a huge following on its own, between being a late-night powerhouse and engaging with a quirkier, more savvy fan base than other late-night shows, averaging 180 million podcast downloads - but this deal will definitely expand the brand. Conan had this to say about the network,

"When I started in television, my ultimate goal was to work my way up to radio. This new deal with SiriusXM builds on the great relationship that began several years ago with a team that is the standout in their field."

The deal, which is speculated by the Wall Street Journal at around $150 million, will also garner the slew of other shows currently on Team Coco's banner including The Three Questions with Andy Richter, Why Won't You Date Me? hosted by Nicole Byer, and JB Smoove's May I Elaborate?

SiriusXM content chief, Scott Greenstein said in a statement,

"Conan has built an amazing brand and organization at Team Coco, with a proven track record of finding and launching compelling and addictive podcasts. We look forward to continuing to grow the Team Coco brand."
