Kanye West is back! The rapper has been significantly silent on Instagram for more than four months after he was banned on the platform for 24 hours following his issue with Pete Davidson, but he made his return recently to post completely different content.

According to ET Online, the "Donda" rapper shared a photo of Gap Inc. chairman and interim CEO Bob Martin, saying he spent his day speaking to the company's executives.

"On my moms birthday I was able for the first time to sit in on a Gap call with Bob Martin, Bob Fisher and other leads of the company," he began writing.

The rapper then noted that Martin was one of the most inspiring people in the field of business as he's a good speaker.

"I came to Gap to put good product directly in stores. We've had 2 of the biggest sales day in Gap history since I've been there," he added.

In total, the rapper and Gap Inc. sold over $14 million worth of "the perfect black hoodie" priced at $80.

"I came to Gap to bring good quality products to the people at all times. Bob I need to meet with you as soon as possible," he concluded.

The rapper was talking about his partnership with the retail giant in June 2020.

Ye's mom, Donda West, passed away at the age of 58 in 2007 due to heart disease while suffering complications after undergoing plastic surgery.

Earlier this week, Bloomberg reported that the company fired Sonia Syngal after working as the chief executive officer for almost three years.

The report also noted that a deal to produce West's brand "failed to generate meaningful results."

The latest news comes a few months after Instagram's mother company, Meta, suspended the rap icon from its app for 24 hours.

He reportedly violated the social media platform's "policies on hate speech, harassment, and bullying."

Although the exact reason was not revealed to the public, his banning on Instagram came after a series of online attacks against his ex-wife's current boyfriend, Pete Davidson.

West was quick to remove his posts at the time but numerous outlets and fans were able to obtain screenshots of the photos and captions.
