Jak Knight, who became known for his work on "Big Mouth," has died. He was 28.

Multiple news outlets confirmed the sudden and shocking passing of Knight, saying that he passed away on Thursday night in Los Angeles.

His family sent a statement to Variety and EW to deliver the tragic news. However, Jak Knight's cause of death was not disclosed.

However, his untimely to several speculations about what led to his mysterious passing.

Some internet users alleged that he died due to overdose or suicide. Meanwhile, others sparked rage by claiming he probably died due to the COVID-19 vaccine.

One also guessed that he probably claimed his own life due to mental issues he had been suffering due to his homosexuality.

Still, these should be taken with a grain of salt as his family chose not to share further details about his death yet.

Regardless of what led to his passing, his fans and colleagues chose to celebrate his life instead and remembered his works as an actor, comedian, and writer.

The official Twitter account of Big Mouth shared a picture of him and an animated version of him alongside a short, heartfelt caption.

"A heartbreaking loss for the Big Mouth family. Writer and voice actor for beloved character Devon. An enormous talent. Rest in peace Jak Knight," it wrote.

Another shared a video of him, saying, "Jak Knight has so many outrageously funny bits, but personally this one was always one of my favorites. One that I often quoted the most. Rest In Peace Jak."

Jak Knight's Life Explored

Before his death, Knight stabilized his careers in different industries by appearing in several flicks and stages.

He was able to co-create and costar in "Bust Down," working with Chris Redd, Langston Kerman, and Sam Jay in the Peacock flick. As a writer, Knight famously penned "Black-ish" and "Lucas Bros. Moving Co."

The late star also scored a role in the upcoming "First Time Female Director" by Chelsea Peretti.

Among his works, his appearance on the hit animated series on Netflix, "Big Mouth," in which he played Devon's role, was among his notable milestone. He also served as the show's writer for five seasons.

In his stand-up comedy career, Knight lent his talent in the Netflix special "The Comedy Lineup" in 2018. Because of his talent, he scored the 2014 Comedy Central Comic to Watch and the New Face recognition at the 2015 Montreal Just for Laughs Festival.
