After Pink performed an impromptu dance with a gay pride flag at her show in Sydney, Australia on Saturday, she received hateful comments and was also called a lesbian.

The dance came as she was performing her 2003 song Trouble

The Just Give Me A Reason singer responded to the bashing via Twitter and proved that she's not bothered by the name-calling.

"Fun fact: when you twitter me and say "you're a lesbian," it really doesn't bother me at all. It's a compliment. Most of my fav ppl are, so...," she tweeted on Sunday.

She also added: "I'm sure all of you hate filled humans can come up with something a little worse than that?!? Come on- be creative. You have 140 characters!"

Her supporters appreciated her comments.

"Unfortunately those are the people that the only talent they have is hate," wrote one Twitter user.

"Everyday you give me a reason to love you more. My partner and I appreciate this AWESOME reaction to being called a lesbian," tweeted another.

Pink Responds To Kanye West Rant

The show was during a stop of Pink's The Truth About Love tour. The 33-year-old is finishing the Australian leg of the tour in September and heading to the U.S. in October.

"It's beyond my imagination to be heading into a tour that is already sold out. I've never done THAT before. NO PRESSURE of course xoxoxoxoxo," she had tweeted in February.

The successful tour is in support of her sixth studio album, which has the same name. The album, released in September 2012, is also just as popular as the tour. It debuted at No. 1 on Billboard, selling 280,000 copies in its first week, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

The album marked her biggest debut to date and her first album to ever go No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 200 chart.
