Amber Heard's sister and her supporters felt unhappy over Johnny Depp's MTV VMAs performance.

Depp officially made another comeback at the MTV Video Music Awards 2022 as the silver astronaut statue. While his fans celebrate the new milestone, the hashtag #IStandWithAmberHeard also dominated the online platforms.

After the appearance, Heard's sister and the actress's fans shared their opinion online under the #IStandWithAmberHeard hashtag. Whitney Henriquez, for her part, shared a screenshot of the VMA logo on her Instagram Story and added capital in front of it that seemingly stands for "domestic violence."

"@MTV YOU'RE DISGUSTING AND CLEARLY DESPERATE! I REALLY HOPE THAT NONE OF THE PEOPLE THAT MADE THIS CALL HAVE DAUGHTERS... #DVMAS #ISTANDWITHAMBERHEARD," she wrote.

Following Henriquez's status, the "Aquaman" actress's fans also expressed their dismay over MTV's decision to tap Depp as one of its guests.

Henriquez's latest outrage came over a month after a judge denied Heard's request to declare the defamation case as a mistrial. She also requested to hold a new one but got rejected, as well.

According to Judge Penney Azcarate (via BBC), the court found no evidence "of fraud or wrongdoing," just as Heard claimed.

The actress and her team filed the documents last month, alleging that one of the jurors did not match the information stated on the list of jury panel list. Both parties received the information before the trial started.

At that time, Fairfax's attorney Jon Katz already said that the filing was useless since the court would highly likely question whether she could show real prejudice. Deadline also noted that the alleged mistake was not noticed by anyone in the court.

Depp won all three defamation claims in the trial against Heard. The jury awarded him $15 million in damages, but Judge Azcarate approved only $10.35 million due to Virginia law capping punitive damages.

Meanwhile, Heard only won $2 million as the court found that the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star's former lawyer indeed called her claims a hoax.

The actress still has not settled the amount yet, and it was revealed that she already filed for bankruptcy. However, experts believed that it would never save her from her debts since Depp could take all her properties away.
