Anna Delvey is back! After being released from prison on a bail bond, the embattled socialite has been staying in an apartment in New York City, seemingly different from the lifestyle she had before she was put behind bars.

Despite not staying in glamorous hotels and not tipping staff hundreds of dollars, the fake German heiress has retained something: her sense of style.

Upon going out of her residence, the 31-year-old socialite, whose real name is Anna Sorokin, can be seen fashionably strutting down the streets of the Big Apple wearing a stylish ensemble.

Delvey sported an all-black outfit featuring a trenchcoat with puffy sleeves, sunglasses, pants, and a pair of strappy heels. However, there was something wrong with her clothing, but she has no choice but to abide.

Aside from wearing her fabulous outfit, the embattled socialite was also wearing a government-issued GPS ankle monitor as seen in photos circulating online. (via Fox News)

The latest sighting comes after she was spotted having a photo shoot on the rooftop of a building located in East Village.

Anna Delvey Happy to be on House Arrest

Just hours after getting released from the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Delvey, whose name became popular again after the release of the hit Netflix series "Inventing Anna," spoke to the New York Times  to express her true feelings over her house arrest.

When asked about what she truly feels, Delvey said she's "really happy" as she's comfortable again as authorities denied bail before.

The reason why she preferred house arrest over prison is because of "better food" and because she could have visitors after 1:30 p.m. on Thursdays.

"We'll just see what I can do from here. I guess everybody will be coming to me," she added.

Since she's sporting a new ankle bracelet to monitor her every move, Delvey said she's thinking about what she could do with it as it has a 24/7 service whenever she experiences any issues with it.

The outlet noted that the embattled fake heiress could've fought her immigration status from her home country of Germany, but she opted to stay behind bars and stay in the United States.

Delvey said she didn't want things to happen the way ICE wanted them to, saying, "letting them deport me would have been like a sign of capitulation."

It would also confirm that she's a shallow person who only cares about money and an extravagant lifestyle, which she clarifies that isn't the reality.
