'Real Housewives' Star Reveals Botched Facelift: 'My Face Is Completely Wrong'

"Real Housewives of Dubai" star Caroline Stanbury revealed the results of her botched facelift Friday, just two weeks after the surgery.
New photos shared on Instagram showed the 47-year-old reality star celebrating Thanksgiving with her 29-year-old husband, Sergio Carrallo.
The pictures featured Stanbury in a black turtleneck and leather pants, smiling alongside Carrallo.
"NEW FACE, NEW ME #happythanksgivng [sic]," she captioned the snaps. "Thankful for a lot of things in my life!"
The photos were taken on her 14th day of recovery, according to Stanbury.

In an episode of her podcast, "Uncut and Uncensored," last week, she opened up about the procedure, noting that she went into surgery "with no information whatsoever."
Explaining her reason for going under the knife, Stanbury said she "wanted to look exactly like me but fresh."
Instead, Stanbury, who covered up her face with sunglasses and had her hood up during the episode, said the facelift left her looking "like I'd been in a car crash, and the car definitely didn't win."
She explained that she thought she was getting a "half facelift," with excess skin being removed from her upper lip, eyelids and neck. However, she said that the results ended up being "petrifying."
"The shape of my face is completely wrong for a human; the top half is wider than the bottom half, and my neck is too thick," she said.
Stanbury added that she considered suing the doctor who did the procedure because she now feels "everything is in the wrong place" on her face.
Stanbury's husband broke down in tears upon seeing her post-op.
"There are two wives -- the one last week and the wife this week. I don't recognize her," Carrallo said on the podcast. "Mentally and emotionally, I've been on the floor. No words can describe how much I'm suffering looking at my wife."
Despite the distressing outcome, the former soccer player stood by her side.
The reality star's journey through the facelift procedure was documented on Instagram by Carrallo, who concluded his messages by expressing pride in her and stating, "You look absolutely beautiful @carolinestanbury."

Amid the ordeal, Stanbury expressed hope for a positive outcome, saying on the podcast, "They say, by day 11, I should feel more human. My girlfriends that have done it said I'll feel a lot more like me."
Stanbury and Carrallo got engaged in January 2021 and tied the knot that December.
She was married to Cem Habib from 2014 until 2019. They share sons Zac and Aaron and daughter Yasmine.
