The Louis Vuitton Sandwich Bag is sweeping the internet and making headlines with its staggering price tag of over $3,000.  

Drawing inspiration from the classic brown paper bag that carried your favorite PB&J, superproducer Pharrell Williams has upgraded lunch bags forever. Cut from supple Cow's hide leather, the bag includes an interior zip pocket and a double flat pocket for organization. The exterior features the iconic logo across the front and a Musketon closure.  

According to CNN, the bag arrived on sale at the brand's West Hollywood exclusive pop-up retailing at $3,130. The bag is skyrocketing in resell value, with some eBay sellers requesting up to $5,800 and StockX merchants selling for $9,494 as of Monday.

Williams, 50, is known for his innovation in music production and artistry while maintaining recognition as a style icon. The N.E.R.D star has 13 Grammy Awardsand two Academy Award nominations. 

After the death of Virgil Abloh — who was named artistic director of Louis Vuitton's menswear ready-to-wear line in 2018 before his death in November 2021, Williams succeed Abloh as their new menswear creative director.

"I pinch myself every day," he told 'The New York Times.' "This is the equivalent of a castle to me. I mean, the Seine River right there — it's like the moat," he said, referring to the corporate office in Paris. 

The visionary is no stranger to design, creating the brands Billionaire Boys Club and Ice Cream in partnership with NIGO® in 2003. It has been a massive influence on culture and fashion focusing on self-expression and originality.
