An Aussie fashion designer called out Kylie Jenner this week on TikTok claiming the 26-year-old makeup mogul stole her original clothing designs.

Jessica Johansen-Bell, owner of The Byron Baes, has been in business over 10 years and created a dress collection nearly four years ago. However, when the founder started receiving calls with people "congratulating" her for collabing with Jenner, 26, she knew something was up.

"Um, guys...am I tripping? Or did Kylie Jenner just rip off my entire collection? I have been dwelling on this for days now," she asked in a video posted on TikTok.

"I've had Johansen for like, 10 years now and we launched a collection soo similar to the one she launched, but we launched ours like three or four years ago and it's been our signature range ever since.

"I've been getting so many dms from customers, friends, and family being like 'Is this your dress?' And, 'Oh my god, you collaborated with Kylie? Congratulations,' " she said.

The designer admitted to sending clothes to Jenner's stylist in 2018, so the designer presumed people were talking about "old stuff."

She was shocked to find Jenner's 004 day-to-night collection from her new clothing brand, KHY, was a reported exact replica of her signature twisted shoulder bodycon and asymmetrical designs from her eponymous clothing brand Johansen. Upon reaching out, Jenner's team reportedly denied claims of plagiarism, saying how they  "developed these designs through our team's hard work and innovation."

"If you look up the meaning of innovation, it means a new idea," Johansen said.

Since then, the designer has decided to make use of the controversy by encouraging admirers to shop with her instead of Jenner, and to put pressure on Kylie's team to reach out to rectify the situation.

"I find this whole situation so morally corrupt, it's so typical of these big companies to take concepts off smaller companies, monetize it, and sell it for a fraction of the price. This has just got to stop," she began. "People like myself put their blood, sweat, and tears into creating a brand, a concept, and to have it just kinda taken away from you is so disheartening and just unfair."

The designer is currently promoting the code "THANKYOU30" as a thank you to shoppers for their support.
