Melania Trump now has no one to save her, according to her former aide.

The former first lady is rarely seen in public with her husband amid his campaign efforts to get reelected as the president of the United States. However, Melania joined Trump at a fundraising event at John Paulson's Palm Beach, Florida, home on Saturday. During the outing, some claimed that the ex-FLOTUS looked so miserable that they called Melania a "hostage."

Melania's former aide and friend, Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, reacted to the video from the outing that went viral. She claimed on X, formerly Twitter, that Melania had no one to rescue her. At the same time, she claimed the Trump matriarch was just like her husband.

"Looks like Melania Trump is about to dive head first into a pool of sharks & nobody's going to protect her. I was the only life guard on duty when she was First Lady," Winston Wolkoff tweeted.

"She chose to live a life in a minefield, where every step is treacherous & never sure when it might explode. She and he are one [and] the same."

It wasn't the first time that Winston Wolkoff claimed Melania and Trump were the same. In a previous post on the same social media platform, she alleged that nothing was mysterious about the former first lady anymore. Melania allegedly created a "narrative and perception of 'mystique,'" and she was just as good as her husband in keeping the media interested in her.

"She, just like Donald, knows how to keep the media intrigued. A Trump is a Trump is a Trump," Winston Wolkoff wrote.

Meanwhile, Judi James, a leading communication and body language expert who has appeared regularly on BBC News, Sky News, GB News and CNN, weighed in on the former first couple's recent public outing. The "Body Language Bible" author noticed their contrasting body language at the event, which made it "awkward."

"If Melania were a plant she'd be Topiary: well-groomed, well-manicured and with not one move, expression, or hair out of place. Her husband, though, would be more like Knotweed: dominant, dishevelled and hard to budge once it's taken root," James told The Mirror.

The expert also noticed how Melania reacted when her husband reached out to hold hands. According to James, she looked "fierce," and there was a "delayed response," suggesting that "she was either not expecting the hand-hold that ensued or maybe preferring to avoid it."
