Swift, 34, surprised her fan base early Friday morning by revealing that her newest album was a double release, featuring an additional 15 tracks. Among these additions were the songs "Cassandra" and "thanK you aIMee," the latter of which is intriguing due to the conspicuous capitalization of the letters "K," "I," and "M" in the song title.

In "thanK you aIMee," Swift presents "Aimee" as a fictional character reminiscent of a schoolyard bully, with the song's chorus subtly alluding to past confrontations with Swift.

"All that time you were throwin' punches, I was buildin' somethin' / And I can't forgive the way you made me feel / Screamed 'F**k you, Aimee' to the night sky, as the blood was gushin' / But I can't forget the way you made me heal."

In 2016, the feud between Kim Kardashian and Swift reached its peak when Kanye West, Kardashian's then-husband, included controversial lyrics about Swift in his song "Famous." These lyrics, which implied West's role in Swift's fame, ignited a public dispute. The pop singer initially denied having prior knowledge of the lyrics, leading to a public disagreement between the two celebrities.

Kardashian, 43, released edited footage on her Snapchat reportedly capturing a phone conversation between West, 46, and Swift discussing the song. The revelation of this recording, which Swift was unaware of at the time, intensified the controversy surrounding their beef.

In the new track, Swift compares the SKIMS founder to “a bronze spray-tanned statue” and a school bully who “threatens to push me down the stairs.” The singer also accuses 'The Kardashians' star of publicly bullying her after the 2016 scandal, singing how Kardashian laughed "at each baby step I’d take.”

Despite the public back-and-forth, Swift in the song belts out how the adversity made her stronger.
