Justin Bieber reportedly when on a lunch date Tuesday with model Ashley Moore in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The pair arrived at the eatery Bouchon in Bieber's silver Ferrari. Moore, 20, wore a black camisole and tight leather pants, large aviator sunglasses and a leather jacket. The 19-year-old Canadian singer wore baggy jeans, a blue "Future Vision" T-shirt with white trainers and a baseball cap. They tried keeping things discreet for the paparazzi cameras and Daily Mail reported that when Bieber's Ferrari pulled up to the restaurant, Moore stepped out of the passenger seat and walked right away into the restaurant as the Beauty and a Beat singer stayed steps behind her.

Moore is signed to Nous Model Management in Los Angeles. She reportedly was pictured with Bieber and his friend Lil Twist on Fourth of July. Twist uploaded onto Twitter the below picture early morning on July 5 with the caption "Uh oh. ♥" The website noted that Bieber and Moore met through Lil Twist, who has also been romantically tied to the model.

Bieber broke up with Selena Gomez around the time of Christmas 2012 as the pair were set to travel to Mexico for the holidays. Since then he has been romantically linked to a string of women. He used a flashlight to get the attention of two waitresses he met at a South Pointe club in the Hamptons on Aug. 4, and he later on in the night took home with him. Diana Bhokasub, 24, and Sophia Rayo, 32, were chosen to accompany him back to the private home where he was staying, according to the New York Daily News.

When he went out partying in New York City on July 30, Bieber was flirting with many women a source told Hollywood Life that she was one of many girls he made moves on that night.

"He flirted with me all night," the source, who wished to remain unnamed, said. "Then he asked me for my number, but I didn't know what his situation was with Selena and he's several years younger than me so I didn't.... He was flirting with girls all night. He definitely seemed single."

A day later he reportedly invited six girls to his NYC hotel room, an eyewitness told the website
