To the excitement of its loyalists, CBS' hit sitcom, The Big Bang Theory, will be making its return for season 7 in just one week.

The first installment, which will be one of two back to back episodes, is expected to show audiences a close bond between the likes of Penny (Kaley Cuoco) and Sheldon (Jim Parsons).

To top if off, TVLine reported on Sept. 13 that Sheldon will also be getting closer to Leonard's (Johnny Galecki) mother Beverly once again, as Christine Baranski will be appearing to redon the role.

The Huffington Post stated that Regina King would be coming back this upcoming season as well to reprise her role as Ms. Davis, the director of human resources at Caltech.

Mayim Bialik, who plays Amy, spoke to E! Online about how enthused she is to be working with Howard (Simon Helberg), whom she's never acted with alone.

"I finally get to have some scenes with the Wolowitz character. We've never had scenes alone, and it involves singing and it's awesome," she said.

CBS' The Big Bang Theory is slated to start up again on Thursday, Sept. 26 at 8 p.m. ET. Be sure to keep checking back for more of the latest details on the popular TV show.
