Alicia's plans to leave the firm will be exposed as she starts to battling for clients in episode 4 of The Good Wife, airing Sunday.

The producers of the show have been pitching Hitting the Fan as the most anticipated episode of season 5, suggesting that it will be the "episode that will change everything."

Trouble stirs after Alicia's (Juliana Margulies) plans to leave the firm and start her own practice with Cary are finally discovered by Will (Josh Charles). The promo video for the episode begins with Will charging into Alicia's office and knocking everything off of her desk.

"I took you in, you were poison!" he says while gritting his teeth to a shocked Alicia.

He looks calmer in the next frame but is still stern as he lets her know she has been officially removed from her position. The clip then cuts to Alicia being escorted out of the firm's premises by two associates. She pleadingly tells Will that none of this was meant to be taken personally.

It has also been suggested that Alicia will frantically start battling for clients as she is asked to immediately exit the firm.

The promo clip closes with the voice-over declaring this as being "the biggest episode of the year." The events follow Will's offer in episode 3 in which he asked Alicia to join the firm as a partner and fill Diane's position after the latter was fired.

Tonya Glanz and Dan Ziskie will guest star in the episode written by Robert and Michelle King, and directed by James Whitmore.

It was also announced that Weeds alum Hunter Parrish and Alias' Victor Garber would be guest starring on season 5 of The Good Wife.

The television network described Garber's character as being a "strict and meticulous judge who is driven slowly crazy as he rules over a madhouse: a double jury trial with two defendants and two juries packed into his small and usually ordered courtroom."

Parrish will appear in the seventh episode, titled The Next Week, which will air on Nov. 10. He will play a college student open to new experiences until he ends up being embroiled in the murder of a female classmate. He is caught in a "Kafkaesque DNA trip" and accused of murdering her, even though he claims he never met her.

Hitting the Fan airs Sunday, Oct. 27, at 8 p.m. E.T. on CBS.
