Ronda Rousey, the current Strikeforce Women's Bantamweight Champion, will fight former champion Sarah Kaufman later this summer. The date and location of the title defense has not been announced yet.

The 25-year-old martial artist has only been doing Strikeforce professionally for 14 months and has won all five games via armbar. She challenged, Meisha Tate, the Strikeforce Women's Bantamweight champion on March 3, defeating her and becoming the new champion.

Rousey won a bronze-medal at the 2008 Summer Olympic Games, becoming the first American to win an Olympic medal in women's judo the sport was part of the Olympics in 1992.

Kaufman, Rousey's opponent for the defense title, was the first Strikeforce women's bantamweight champion in February 2010. She was submitted by Marloes Coenen just five months later in Oct 2010.

Meanwhile, Rousey's fame rose and has appeared on "The Ultimate Fighter" and in numerous magazines. But it seems someone from her past apparently contacted her as she grew famous but she did not respond too kindly to his message.

She recently posted a picture on Instagram, which shows her response to the guy. Along with the instagram photo, she tweeted: "Okay ... Couldn't help tweeting this cause it felt too damn good sending this message to not share it".

He wrote: "Hey seen ya in the paper at work today in northern Alberta. How are you? What's going on your life miss famous". To which Rousey responded: "hey remember that time we hooked up and you never made an effort to contact me till you saw I was getting famous? oh you don't? I do. **** off."
