At noon Thursday, mere minutes after the Isabel Marant for H&M collection was released online, shoppers flooded the retailer's website and temporarily downed the site.

Users that logged on to make purchases were met with the following message:

The crash has since been fixed.

The collaboraton launched in stores at 8 a.m., but the online debut was held off until noon. The collection includes clothing and accessories for women and teenagers, plus the designer's first-ever men's collection. The collections hit 250 H&M stores worldwide.

"I am flattered by this collaboration," Marant said in a press release when the collaboration was announced in June. "H&M works with the best designers, and this invitation is an exciting honor. I aim at creating something real -- something women want to wear in their everyday lives -- with a certain carefree style. I think this is very Parisian: You dress up, but don't pay too much attention to it, and you still look sexy. The collection is infused with this kind of easiness and attitude."

H&M'S website crashed twice from its Versace collaboration -- once in November 2011 and again in January 2012 with the follow-up cruise collection.
