Justin Bieber threw a house party on Friday, Nov. 15, and he made all his guests sign a $3 million confidentiality agreement, confirmed by a copy of the formal contract obtained by TMZ.

Those who attended the bash agreed not to tweet, text, phone, Facebook, record, write or in any other manner reveal details about what went on at the party. If they did, "any breach of the foregoing confidentiality provisions shall be compensated by a payment of $3,000,000 and shall be subject to injunction."

The PYD singer also made people who worked at the party sign the agreement. The gathering had a Great Gatsby theme, inspired by F. Scott Fitzgerald's American classic set in the 1920s.

The gossip website also reported that "sheriff's deputies" stopped by Bieber's party three times for noise complaints they received, and one of the singer's neighbors said authorities smelled marijuana inside the event.

The house party included at least 20 strippers and Bieber allegedly dished out $10,000 in tips throughout the night, partygoers told the website. One dancer said she made $1,300 alone.

The party had approximately 100 guests -- including Chris Brown, Trey Songz, Floyd Mayweather and Snoop Lion -- and was reportedly filled with alcohol and weed. Snoop Lion was seen spending most of his time playing strip beer pong with some women.
