Mila Kunis has once again fueled speculation that she's pregnant after her boyfriend Ashton Kutcher got aggressive with paparazzi to protect her alleged baby bump.

TMZ reported that the couple was eating dinner at Carlitos Gardel Restaurant in Hollywood this week. When Kutcher emerged from the restaurant located on Melrose Avenue, he tried to push photographs away that were snapping away. During the confrontation, a member from Kutcher's crew is seen in the background escorting Kunis into the actor's car. Kunis was spotted wearing a baggy shirt and baggy jeans. The Daily Mail also reported that Kunis was photographed on Tuesday going grocery shopping with Kutcher's mom Diane. The actress wore a loose-fitted sweater. 

Milas and Kutcher who met starring on That 70's Show are reportedly "desperate" to start  family. 

"They both want kids. It's something they're vocal about. I can't imagine it will be very long before she's pregnant. [Maybe] right after they get engaged if not sooner. Ashton is definitely planning a proposal. They're incredibly affectionate. It's completely effortless," an alleged source of Kutcher told People magazine.

The couple's personal lives are not getting in the way of their careers, as Kunis can currently be heard as the voice of Meg Griffin on the 12th season of Family Guy, which airs Sunday nights on Fox.

Kutcher is currently be starring in the 11th season of Two and a Half Men, which airs Thursday nights on CBS.
