Justin Bieber North American tour to support his latest album "Believe" has been announced. Bieber's "Believe" Tour will kick off September 29th in Glendale, Arizona. Bieber will hold 46 concerts in 44 cities throughout North America, before wrapping up the tour in Miami on January 16th, 2013. Singer Carly Rae Jepson is expected to open for Bieber. 

Bieber told MTV:  "I've been really hard at work in the studio, in the dance studio, just kind of figuring out what I want to do as far as choreography and whatnot. I think the tour's going to be really special. We got a lot of surprises."

His upcoming album, "Believe" is slated to be released June 19. 

A fan club pre-sale for his Believe Tour will start May 23rd and the general U.S. pre-sale will be May 24th - May 30th. General tickets will be on sale from June 1st in Canada, and June 2nd in the States. 

Meanwhile, Bieber came on the Ellen DeGeneres Show today where he talked about his girlfriend Selena Gomez. Ellen showed the Biebs some photos of him and Selena kissing at a basketball game. She asked, ""Do you ever really get a chance to watch the game?" He then replied: "Nope, not much to watch in the game!"
