Lady Gaga 'Do What U Want' Video Preview: 'Unlike Any Video I've Ever Done,' She Says On Twitter
Lady Gaga let her little monsters know what they can expect to see from her Do What You Want video.
"I know you're waiting for the DWUW video. Its unlike any video I've ever done. Very Personal. Just making it perfect. Exciting, #ARTPOP," she tweeted on Dec. 4.
The racy song featuring R. Kelly, appears on her third studio album, ARTPOP, which was released on Nov. 6. The duo also performed the track at the American Music Awards in November.
The 27-year-old then went on to talk about the album's lyrics and said that they reflect her perception.
"There's a personal story to each song. The only fantasy is in the sounds & the way they're put together like a puzzle," she tweeted. "The lyrics mirror the realities of my natural chaotic thought process. So the thoughts transition faster, lyrical tangents the way i think."
She added: "I imagine many of my fans share a similarly chaotic feeling in in their own lives. This album was written to make sense of that chaos."
Gaga will also hit the road again for The ARTPOP Ball Tour, which is set to kick off in May.
"I am so excited to announce that after abruptly ending my tour for surgury earlier this year, I am back and starting my tour in...USA!" Gaga tweeted.
She was forced to cancel many dates of her Born This Way tour to undergo hip surgery in February.
She also let fans know one more reason they should be excited for her upcoming tour - the affordable pricing.
"And the best part is, tickets will be available for as low as $35, and $85 for general admission seating which puts you INSIDE THE STAGE!" she tweeted.
