Fans who have been clamoring for appearances by Cristin Milioti's mother character on How I Met Your Mother will be rewarded when the show airs its 200th episode in January.

In an interview with TV Line, executive producer Craig Thomas revealed that the entire episode, entitled How Your Mother Met Me, will star Milioti for the entire half-hour, and the episode will be told from her character's perspective.

"You're going to be so sick of her by the end [of the series]," he said.

The focus on Miliotti for the entire episode will serve a dual purpose by not only propelling her character's story arc, but by opening the actress herself up for potential awards nominations next year.

"If she doesn't get nominated for a guest Emmy for this episode, I don't know what one has to do to get that," Thomas said. "She's fantastic in it. Anyone who wants more of her will love this episode."

He seconded that sentiment on his Twitter page back on Nov. 19 as the cast and crew prepared to shoot the special episode.

"Just did the run-through for #HIMYM episode 200. Not to give anything away, but Cristin Millioti is AMAZING! We are lucky to have her!" he wrote.

The episode, which will be light on the other members of the cast, will also be a nice way for the series to finally segue into the fateful meeting between Ted and his future wife at the train station.

"It's a bruising weekend for everybody," co-executive producer Carter Bays said. "A lot goes down. But he's going to meet [The Mother] at exactly the right time in his life."

Bays also tweeted a potential spoiler photo for the 200th episode during filming. The photo, which is an outside shop of the gang's hangout MacLaren's Pub, is simply captioned "#200." This implies that the pub will be featured in the episode and could also mean that "The Mother" may be telling her story as it relates to the pub.

This notion would be similar to how Ted's story was told up until this one, where the location changed to the Farhampton Inn for Barney and Robin's wedding weekend.

How I Met Your Mother airs Mondays at 8 p.m. on CBS.
