Khloe Kardashian is planning to divorce husband Lamar Odom sometime next year, according to reports. 

The famous reality tv couple has made headlines in the past few months over Odom's drug struggles and cheating rumors, but Khloe has endured enough. She will reportedly attend Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's wedding as a single woman because she will part ways with the NBA basketball player. 

"Khloe doesn't want to be a wreck at the wedding, watching her sister and Kanye embark on their life long journey of love together while she's still in a fu**ed up marriage that's going nowhere," a source close to Khloe and Odom told HollywoodLife.com. "She wants to be in a good place mentally so that she can be there for Kim and at 100 percent.

"She [Khloe] loves her sister so much and doesn't want to have any negative energy or be in a bad place when she and Kanye marry each other," the source added.

Meanwhile, Odom has pleaded no contest to a drunk-driving charge. According to the Associated Press, the former Lakers and Clippers player entered a plea Monday to a misdemeanor count of driving under the influence. He will be on probation for three years and will also undergo three months of alcohol-abuse treatment. 

Odom is currently not playing in the NBA, but is a free agent and has met with both the Clippers and Lakers. 

"I've always had interest in him. I've always liked him," Clippers coach Doc Rivers said after their meeting in Nov.  "The teams he's played on and the coaches who have coached him have always liked him, but honestly it really didn't go much further than that."
