Christmas albums have been the staple of most popular singers' discographies, from legendary vocalists like Mariah Carey to popular boy bands like *NSYNC.

Many big vocalists have released at least one Christmas album in their career, from the aforementioned Carey to Celine Dion to Andrea Bocelli. Among other vocalists like Josh Groban and Michael Buble, these artists have been very successful with their respective Christmas albums, ranking as some of the biggest selling Christmas albums of all time.

Traditional singers and jazz musicians like Harry Connick, Jr. and Kenny G have also been successful with their Christmas albums.

Some old school favorites include Elvis Presley's 1970 Christmas album, which is the highest selling Christmas album of all time, and the soundtrack from A Charlie Brown Christmas.

As long as Christmas remains the most popular commercial holiday of the year, Christmas albums will always be popular every time the winter season rolls around.
