'Real Housewives of New Jersey' Dina & Caroline 'Still At War' And 'Have Not Kissed And Made Up'? [VIDEO & Details]
Despite not appearing on the show together anymore, the feud between sisters and former Real Housewives of New Jersey costars Caroline and Dina Manzo is still going strong.
New York Daily News reported Saturday, Dec. 28 that even though Caroline is no longer appearing on the program, her presence will still be a part of the show through Dina's opening up about their ongoing feud as she returns for the sixth season.
However, Dina's claims that the feud is over are allegedly false.
"They have not kissed and made up. In fact, the ladies are still at war," an insider close to the production said.
Caroline allegedly believes that her sister just wants to have a platform to increase her celebrity, and uses the feud to that end.
"Don't believe a word of it. They did not make friends," a family friend said. "Dina has no interest in family, just fame. It is very hurtful. She has made zero attempt to be with the family."
Dina initially quit the show after just one season due to the feud with Caroline.
According to In Touch Weekly, her sister isn't the ex-New Jersey housewife that Dina has issues with.
The magazine reported in October that Manzo was responsible for getting sister-in-law Jacqueline Laurita fired, and allegedly gave Bravo, the network which airs RHONJ, an ultimatum after she learned that Caroline had gotten her own spin-off show, Manzo'd With Family.
"Jacqueline has to go too. It's either her or me," Dina allegedly said.
Laurita, who is rumored to have also left the show recently, said at the time that she could understand why Dina wanted her to leave.
"I understand why Dina wouldn't want me on the show," she said. "She doesn't want me to address family issues on-camera!"

The publication also reported that Dina wanted her sister and Laurita to quit the show when she did in 2010, but because they didn't, Dina took it upon herself to make them leave.
Dina took to Twitter to refute the magazine's claims back then, writing, "Ummm In Touch once again ur sources r so wrong down to my AGE! Lol I'll never understand why people want to hurt each other #hatemakesUugly."
Season six of Real Housewives of New Jersey is set to premiere in 2014.
