Though Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) is desperate or her relationship with Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) to work out, her plans to get Bill (Don Diamont) and Katie (Heather Tom) back together may not work to her advantage on The Bold and the Beautiful.

In a preview clip for the Monday, Jan. 13 episode, Bill appears to be following Brooke's advice by trying to win back Katie.

"I started a life with you Katie, and that's the life I want to live," he said to his wife. "I'm committed to Will, I'm committed to putting our family back together."

His past schemes to get back his company and son,  and still be with Brooke, could come back and haunt him as Katie doesn't appear to be buying into his apology.

"I'm not going to be a consolation prize for any man, not even the father of my child," she replied.

As he tries to win her back, Brooke will once again try and get Ridge to be with her, something he can't bring himself to do now that he knows about Brooke's affair with Bill.

"Bill and Katie are doing that, they're trying to repair their relationship. I think we should do the same," Brooke said.

Brooke isn't the only person trying to save a relationship.

Quinn (Rena Sofer) schemes to keep Wyatt (Darin Brooks) and Hope (Kim Matula) together now that they're officially dating.

However, despite Hope telling Liam (Scott Clifton) that they were officially done, he seems determined to destroy his brother's relationship with his ex-fiancée. Quinn steps in and asks him, "It's over, what is it going to take for you to realize that?"
