With Thor: The Dark World's DVD release date approaching, some of the films deleted scenes that are featured as extras have leaked.

The scenes, which were either cut or edited from the film that had a theatrical release back in November, are now being included as extras on the new DVD.

One particular scene  is an edited version of one which does appear in the film, and features a conversation between brothers Thor (Chris Hemsworth) and Loki (Tom Hiddleston). The two are walking and Loki transforms them both into other characters as they go.

In the film, after Thor admits to his brother that he would rather not have his company, Loki first transforms his brother into Sif (Jaimie Alexander). The film features Thor commenting that he could still kill his brother in that form, but still with his voice.

The original scene then shows Loki shifting fully into Captain America (Chris Evans), who then appears next to Thor.

"Oh this is much better, the costume's a bit much, so tight!" Captain America/Loki said. "But the confidence...I can feel the righteousness surging! Hey, want to have a rousing discussion about truth? Honor? Patriotism? God Bless America!"

He is then shifted back into his original form as Loki when Thor pushes him against a wall and shuts him up by placing his hand over his mouth.

You can watch that clip here.

However, the deleted scene featured on the DVD shows not only Jaimie Alexander voicing Sif/Thor, but Tom Hiddleston filling in the Captain America role and wearing the costume himself.

Meanwhile, USA Today reported on another deleted clip in the film which features an emotional scene between Thor and his mother, Frigga (Rene Russo).

The scene shows an exchange between the two as Thor tries to understand how his mother could still have compassion for a jailed Loki.

"Loki is not the boy you once knew," Thor said in the clip.

"Nor are you. And I loved you no less when your father banished you to earth," Frigga replied.

According to Coming Soon.net, additional features on the DVD will include four more deleted and extended scenes, commentary, a two-part feature titled A Brothers Journey-Thor & Loki, a Marvel one-shot featurette titled All Hail the King, and an exclusive look at Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

Thor: The Dark World will release on DVD and Blu-Ray Feb. 25.
