When Grey's Anatomy returns, fans will get to see if April chooses Jackson or stays with Matthew, and judging from a new teaser, it seems the decision will be difficult.

As April stands at the altar with Matthew, Jackson jumps off his seat to proclaim his love.

"I love you, April," he says with tears in his eyes. "And I think that you love me too. Do you?"

April stares back at Jackson in awe as her eyes fill up with tears as well. Some of their fellow doctors, who are in April's bridal party, are visibly in shock by Jackson's confession.

"It's incredibly tense and there are going to be a lot of regrets either way," actor Jesse Williams, who plays Jackson, recently told TV Guide of April's choice.

Yet, April's love triangle won't be the only tumultuous situation. Meredith and Derek may face a potential breakup when the show returns.

Before the show's hiatus, Derek received a phone call from the President of the United States, who asked him to join a brain mapping project. The assignment, which might be impossible for him to turn down, may cause a rift for the couple.

"I can tell you that everything kind of gets turned upside emotionally because of the President's phone call to Derek," Sarah Drew, who plays April on the show, told Glamour. "All kinds of things get messed up because of that phone call."

Grey's Anatomy returns for the second half of season 10 on Thursday, Feb. 27 on ABC.
