A newly released teaser of the upcoming episode, shows Katherine flirting with Stefan.

The mini clip shows Stefan quizzing Katherine in history. Katherine seems knowledgeable on the subject, except when she's asked to recall the date of the Holy Roman Empire.

"There goes your perfect score," Stefan tells her after she gives the wrong answer. "The book says 1806."

Katherine then walks over to the couch where Stefan sits and flirtatiously places her arms around him.

The pair is interrupted by the doorbell and it's Caroline. Katherine is clearly not amused by her presence.

The show's executive producer, Julie Plec, previously teased the extent of Katherine's evil ways this season.

"Katherine does some of the b--chiest stuff as Elena in the next part of the chapter. It's great. It's Katherine at her most diabolical," she told E! News. 

The upcoming episode of The Vampire Diaries titled "No Exit" airs on Thursday, Feb. 27 at 8 p.m. EST on the CW.
