An arch nemesis of Teresa and Joe Giudice wants them to land behind bars after the reality TV couple pleaded guilty for serious fraud charges earlier this week.

Teresa Talks Guilty Plea on Twitter

Kim Granatell told Radar Online she hopes their plea deal still gets them jail time because "they deserve it! They had to [take a plea deal] because they had so many counts against them and what's the chances of them both going away for a long time, so they were very smart in doing that.

While Joe is the one who is said to be going to prison, many speculate that Teresa will get no jail time at all. Garantell said she believes the whole experience will be life changing for Teresa.

Teresa Not Loyal to Joe Anymore?

"Maybe she will start to live the straight and narrow. Maybe she will start start to live the way everybody else lives, the way people work hard to get what they get and not to have to stand and con to be something you're not."

On top of spending time behind bars, Garantell also said Teresa being apart from Joe is just the karma she deserves.

"I have a feeling that she had to know what he was doing. As a husband and wife team, you can't be that dumb. I have a feeling that he's controlling and I have a feeling that she just went along with it. She wanted that lifestyle but she didn't want to work hard for it. They did it together. They conned and spent. You want to play, you better pay."

Garantell also said that if you take a closer look at Teresa, you'll see this whole ordeal is "destroying" her.

"Take a good look at her. That alone tells you she's really been emotional, like, 'Look at my life. Look at what I did."

If Joe does go to jail or even gets deported, Garantell said Teresa will have a difficult time moving on.

"Who's going to want her? She better stay with him. That's a lot of baggage to take."

The Giudices are scheduled to be sentenced on July 8. In the meantime, Teresa will continue shooting for The Real Housewives of New Jersey, which is set to air later this year.
