L.A. County Sheriff's Deputies are now involved with an investigation involving an alleged sex tape featuring Kris Jenner.

Kris Jenner Snags 'Playboy' Spread?

Police arrived at Jenner's home Tuesday and wrote up a report in which Jenner claims that she has been being harassed via phone by someone claiming to have a sex tape of her. She told police she has received nearly 300 phone calls at anytime of the day or night from this person. They have left voicemails and sent text messages for the last few weeks.

While Jenner maintains that there is no such tape, the mysterious caller said they will leak the tape if she doesn't pay an outrageous ransom to them.

She believes it's all some sort of way to trick her into giving them money because the caller even switched it up and said that it was her daughter, Khloe Kardashian, in the tape instead of Jenner. The perp told the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star that if she doesn't pay up, gossip site TMZ will release the tape. In the meantime, Jenner is claiming the whole ordeal is extortion.

Jenner also made headlines earlier this week after In Touch Weekly reported that her ex-boyfriend Ben Flajnik was using her to get even more famous. The 31-year-old, who formerly starred on The Bachelor, is allegedly using her because he wants to return back to reality TV in his own show.

While they recently broke up, the two were spotted hugging each other earlier this month after a date at Shibuya in Calabasas, Calif.
