Giuliana & Bill Season 7 is about to premiere, and the show's star Giuliana Rancic has dished on what viewers can expect as well as a possible surprise.

On Tuesday, Hollywood Life posted an interview with Rancic, who opened up on life as a mom as well as chances of another baby.

"It is definitely a big part of this season," Rancic said. "In the premiere episode, you will hear how Delphine, Duke's surrogate, responds to our question about having another baby for us."

While this piece of news may be a glimmer of hope, fans shouldn't increase their expectations too much.

"There are a lot of twists and turns this season and it doesn't necessarily end up the way you might expect it to based on the premiere episode," Rancic said.

Whether this ends with a positive or negative outcome, Rancic mentioned that there will be some comedic moments to look forward to this season.

"There are a lot of funny moments with baby Duke this season," Rancic revealed. "[Husband] Bill [Rancic] and I joke that he is a little scene stealer! I also found our search for a guard dog to be pretty funny too! I'm sure people will also get a laugh at me in the recording studio and auditioning for a Broadway play... it's not pretty at first!"

Giuliana also mentioned how she and Bill keep their marriage stable.

"Bill and I put our marriage and our family first above all else," she said. "We have also discovered that checking in with each other is extremely important. Even if it's just once a week, check in with your partner and ask how they are doing and find out what is going on with them in that moment."
