After the craziness of Tribal Council in the latest episode of Survivor: Cagayan, the aftermath will be just as crazy, according to new comments by host Jeff Probst.

Redemption Island Returning After Season 28?

Wednesday night's episode of Survivor: Cagayan featured two alliances going at each other in a bid for power. The six Aparri members seemingly had control of the game given their majority status over Solana's five. However, Kass McQuillen decided to flip to Solana and vote out Sarah Lacina, who she had many conflicts with.

With her former Aparri members left shocked, the aftermath of the vote is sure to be chaotic. Probst spoke with Entertainment Weekly after the episode and teased what viewers can expect from next week's episode.

"The fallout is massive," he teased. "This was a huge blindside that now has a lot of people wondering what does this mean for the game. But the tease is the 'search for the idol' that plays out next week. You think Tribal was wild? This is nuts. We're on a roll and it's not letting up!!"

The preview promo for the episode, which is titled Mad Treasure Hunt, features numerous castaways on the hunt for the new Hidden Immunity Idol. As teased in Wednesday's episode, this idol has special powers, giving the holder even more power.

Before the season, Probst said that there would be a new idol in play in Cagayan that would allow the owner to play it after the votes were read at Tribal Council instead of before. This type of idol was in play during Survivor: Panama and Survivor: Cook Islands and has not shown up again until this season.

Survivor: Cagayan airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. on CBS.
