Goodbyes aren't easy and that's something Sandra Oh is making clear. As the actress prepares for her last season on Grey's Anatomy, she's been posting emotional posts on Twitter.

The 42-year-old uploaded a photo of herself along with co-star and on-screen lover Kevin McKidd with the caption, "shooting one of our last scenes," and a sad face.

"My dearest partner in crime," McKidd, who plays Owen Hunt, tweeted back. "It's too much to take! What we gonna do?"

Oh later posted another photo with some more of her cast mates sitting at a table with their scripts. The caption reads: "At my last read-thru. Lots of feelings. Goodbyes are starting."

In the photo, Oh sits next to Justin Chambers (Alex Karev), Jessica Capshaw (Arizona Robbins) and Chandra Wilson (Miranda Bailey).

"I've sat in the same place, to the left of the writer at head table and beside Justin for the past 10 yrs & beside Jessica for past 2 yrs," she continued. "Tony is usually on that side as well. I usually look across at Chandra and Sarah-happy they were close that day."

Oh, who appeared on the show since season 1 premiered in 2005, announced her decision to leave back in August saying she wants to start a new chapter in her life.

"Creatively, I really feel like I gave it my all, and I feel ready to let her go," she told The Hollywood Reporter. "It's such an interesting thing to play a character for so long and to actually get the sense that she wants to be let go as well."

-- The Grey's Anatomy season 10 finale airs on May 15 at 9/8c on ABC.
