The drama has only just begun to heat up on Lifetime's Devious Maids, but the worst is potentially yet to come for the women cleaning the homes of some of Beverly Hills richest families.

Carmen's Lavish New Lifetsyle Set To End?

A new promo for the episode airing Sunday, April 27 promises to add even more drama to the mix, especially in the last five minutes of the episode, where it is promised that "everything will change."

Other clips in the preview show Carmen's (Roselyn Sanchez) motives being doubted by Odessa (Melinda Page Hamilton), Rosie (Dania Ramirez) being introduced to her new employers, and masked men intruding in one of the mansions and shooting guns.

More Deaths Set To Happen In Season 2 of 'Devious Maids?'

One of the potential show-changing moments could include a huge reveal that TVLine reports will drastically alter Peri's (Mariana Kleveno) plans to keep Rosie and Spence (Grant Show) apart.

In an April 23 article, TVLine reports that Peri's fake pregnancy scheme will blow up in her face and destroy her plans to mess with the relationship between her husband and former maid.

"I've got good news...especially if you're worried about Rosie's future with Spence," Michael Ausiello wrote in his column to a fan inquiry about the show. "Executive producer Sabrina Wind assures TV Line that Peri's plans to keep them apart 'will not come full-term' so to speak. The truth about her fake pregnancy will be revealed -and sooner than you might think."
