It was recently revealed that the fitness trainer for the cast of G.I. Joe: Retaliation might be filling in to play a younger version Arnold Schwarzenegger in Terminator 5.

What We Know About the Terminator 5 Plot and New Twists So Far  

The fan website, TheTerminatorFans, hit upon this bit of news about the trainer Aaron Williamson being signed on to play a younger version of the T-800, the iconic cyborg from the sci-fi series.

It seems like Williamson let some information slip via his social media accounts and was quite amazed how the news spread from there. When he was asked to confirm the news by the fan website he suggested that he couldn't say anything about that. Here's Williamson's official statement:

"I'm not really at liberty to discuss anything with regard to this part. My social media followers have been followng my journey since I returned to the states fro Iraq, which is why I shared that photo; my desire to overcome adversity has really moved people. Where I'm at in my life right now is destiny an it's truly a blessing. I gre up as a skinny kid watching the original Terminator and was fascinated by Arnold which is the man who inspired my career in fitness. To be a part of this production is a dream come true and a very special moment for me."

Terminator 5 to Compete with Avengers 2: Age of Ultron and Jurassic Park 4?

In a recent interview, Schwarzenegger had revealed that the Terminator will age for the very first time and that there would be multiple Terminator's in the film.

"The way that the character is written, it's a machine underneath," he said. "It's this metal skeleton. But above that is human flesh. And the Terminator's flesh ages, just like any other human being's flesh. Maybe not as fast. But it definitely ages."

New Film Title Revealed?

Pre-production for filming was scheduled to begin in New Orleans on April 21 and the first shot of the official clap board for the film was revealed on April 24.

The film stars Schwarzenegger, who will be reprising his role as the cyborg, and Emilia Clarke, who has been cast for the part of Sarah Connor.

James Cameron Disses Terminator 3 and 4; Will Cast Arnold Schwarzenegger in Avatar Sequel?  

Jason Clarke will play the part of John Connor and Jay Courtney will play Kyle Reese. The film is being directed by Alan Taylor.

Terminator 5 is scheduled to release in July 2015.
