More news on The Walking Dead has been released, which ought to leave fans with more excitement and anticipation.

Major Character Death Chatter?

On Tuesday, Entertainment Weekly posted the details from actor Norman Reedus, who's known for playing Daryl Dixon on the series, where he mentioned that creator Robert Kirkman and showrunner Scott M. Gimple gave him a little information on what's to come next season.

"Those guys are very good at telling you a bunch of stuff, and you sit there for an hour and you walk away and go, 'What the hell did he just say?' What's going on?'" Reedus said. "They're very good at masking what they want to tell you."

Season 5 Release Date Announced?

Despite not having all the answers on what season 5 is going to bring, Reedus still revealed what kind of moments that audiences will see.

"From what I know, it's gonna be just completely insane," the actor said. "I sort of knew I needed like a good month to rest to jump in. The storyline they're throwing me is a thousand miles an hour."

Based on Gimple's recent interview with Comic Book Resources, one of the "insane" moments that could take place is another character being killed off. According to his words, anyone could die.

"I mean, it's a bummer, but nobody's too important to kill off," the series creator said. "I'm not thrilled to say that, but it's just the nature of this show."

The Walking Dead Season 5 is expected to premiere in October on AMC.
