A new promo on ABC's Pretty Little Liars was recently released in which Ezra is alive and in a hospital. He's apparently still hunted by the mysterious "A," who lurks the hospital - and got him spooked!

From the looks of things, Alison (Sasha Pieterse) isn't getting along too well with the rest of the girls.

According to an earlier Enstarz report, her return from the dead makes the girls feel "weird" and "insecure". Even if she has changed, she has been the queen b**tch for a while.

Showrunner Marlene King indicated:

"She was a villainess in this town and it's going to be interesting to see if she can come home and shift that dynamic," King said. "Is she real or is she not? Is she genuine or is this all a lie?"

From the promo, it looks like Alison is hiding something.

Could that something have to do with Ezra (Ian Harding), whom we know from the 100th  episode read around- is back from being shot in the season 4 finale!?

Pretty Little Liars Cast And Crew Take Over Social Media Reveal Ezra's Back!!

Well Ezra may be back, but it looks like he's barely holding on to life suport with an oxygen mask over his face - especially since "A" still has a grip on him. Looks like "A" is in the building snooping around the halls. Aria (Lucy Hale) whispers to him, "What is it?" that got him so spooked? But before we can hear the answer, Aria is left completely shocked. Ezra knows the truth.

Emily (Shay Mitchell) had whispered before "Once Ezra tells us who 'A' is, this will finally be over."

Or will it? "A" is always far from over. (And who are all those masked men?)

The ABC Family drama returns on June 10 with EscApe From New York at 8pm.
