Jenna Dewan-Tatum, the actress and wife of actor Channing Tatum, just dished on the challenges she faced after having a baby and on her views on nudity.

On Friday, Allure posted an interview with the Witches of East End star who mentioned her difficulties since becoming a mom involve her exercise routines, which is something her husband reportedly supports.

"I hope I worked out just enough," Dewan-Tatum said. "Chan was really on board with it- he knows I'm very comfortable in my own skin."

Speaking of her own skin, the actress revealed that she doesn't wear clothes as often as one might think.

"You sort of lose all modesty as a dancer," she said. "I also think it's just the way I came out. I've always been free-spirited, and it was hard to keep clothes on me as a kid."

The actress then mentioned an awkward moment that happened to her when she was young that involved exposing more of herself than she expected.

"I was doing a dance recital. I'll never forget, it was to Marky Mark's 'Good Vibrations,'" she said. "I did a shimmy, and the neck [of my costume] broke off. I flashed the whole damn audience!"

Dewan-Tatum also revealed that she's working on plank exercises that are really difficult, which she does not enjoy, but they still work.
