Now that Apollo Nida has pleaded guilty to fraud charges, he is more open in talking about his legal troubles.

Apollo Nida Slams Rumors That He Tried to Scam a Charity

During an interview in the newest issue of Sister 2 Sister magazine, Nida spoke on how his wife, The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks, is coping with the charges and revealed that she is concerned about losing her spot on the show.

"I'm sure everybody's a nervous wreck. Phaedra- I'm sure she's nervous because at the end of the day, 'I'm putting my career in jeopardy, putting my connections, everything on the line dealing with you.' It's bad for Bravo. It's bad for me."

As for Nida, he confessed that he's actually not very nervous at all with the idea of going back to jail. He previously spent five years behind bars for similar fraud charges. He was released in 2009 just before he and Parks tied the knot.

Nida told the publication, "I don't really get nervous. And that is not just boasting or bragging. You've got to hold tight. At the end of the day, it's like spilled milk. Hey, it's spilled. It is what it is. I've had time to prepare, but we're just waiting for it all to play out in court. I did turn myself in to authorities and they released me on a $25,000 bond. I was blessed to get a bond, thank God."

During a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live, Parks did say that she plans to stand by Nida no matter what.

"I am a Southern belle and I believe in family and I will support him until this is resolved."

Nida's sentencing is scheduled for July 8.
