Google may be working on the next Nexus 10-inch tablet, according to sources.

Google reportedly plans to launch a 10-inch tablet with touch panels from Wintek and AU Optronics (AUO), sources say according to Digitimes. Wintek is reportedly Google's largest supplier of touch panels  

Wintek is also the supplier of one glass solution touch panels (OGS) for Google's Nexus 7 tablet. Wintek has shipped over one million units of (OGS) in the May-July period, according to sources.

The "Google Nexus 10" may have the same specs as ASUS which is the current HD partner for Google Nexus 7. The 10-inch tablet may have similar specs as ASUS Transformer Prime with 10.1 with 1.3 Ghz  Quad-core Tegra 3 processor, IPS captive High Definition (HD) display, (1280x800) with 1 GB of RAM, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi support, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, a gyroscope, and GPS.

Hyley Haung, CEO of Wintek, estimates that in 2013, 26.5 million notebooks will be adapted to touch panels.
