Is RHONY on the rocks? It sure looks like it. Ratings are down, and housewives Carole Radziwill and Heather Thomson banded together to suggest to Andy Cohen that some other wives be dropped or brought back to boost ratings. Rumors of a shakedown are swirling, and it sounds like there's going to be a rumble in the Bronx. And only a blue blood can save it.

These ladies want Countess LuAnn De Lesseps brought back and Aviva Drescher tossed off, reported Radar Online on May 14.

"They want Andy to give her back that apple," an insider told Radar.

De Lesseps was demoted to cameo-status, as previously reported. But now with the ratings-challenged show, "They've been hinting to him that they want LuAnn in and Aviva out," instead of bringing on a new cast member.

Royalty and veteran De Lesseps, chose to appear less-frequently this season after a contract standoff.

"Money can't buy you class," she told Radar last year on May 20, 2013. "It's about being a team player and being on the same team and being confident and comfortable what we're doing together as a team."

Apparently all the New Yorkers were insulted by Bravo's initial low offer, and were not going to film. However, they all relented - except for the Countess.
