While fans are praying for a Zoe and Wade reunion on the season finale of Hart of Dixie, Scott Porter (who plays George), is hoping one of his exes will come back as well.

Zoe Tells Wade She Loves Him?

It looks like the romantic flame hasn't entirely gone out between George and Lemon. While the two had a slip up and slept together in a recent episode, it might have been more than just a one night stand for George, who has seen his fair share of breakups this season.

Porter recently spoke with TV Fanatic and revealed that he wouldn't mind seeing a Lemon and George reconciliation.

George & Lemon Try to Avoid Each Other?

"It's interesting, for me as an actor, looking at the situation, I definitely want Lemon to fight for George. I would really love to see him as the one being chased. There's still some very strong attraction there."

When it comes to his most recent love Tansy, Porter said he is still coping with her leaving him for a man who lives in another town.

"It was a little bit heartbreaking for me this season because we lost Mircea due to work. That's just the nature of the beast."

As for Zoe, Porter confirmed that producers did make it clear that they would always just be friends.

"That spark we had at the beginning of Hart of Dixie season 1 between those two had faded."

On a positive note, he and Lavon will also work on their friendship in the season finale. They seemed to go their separate ways after George broke it off with Lavon's cousin earlier this season.

"In the season finale, he and Lavon kind of go on a journey together. They're both kind of lost at sea and they're trying to find their compass. The writers made a point of rebuilding the George and Lavon friendship."

A synopsis for the season finale, called Second Chance, reads:

"Zoe (Rachel Bilson) tries to be a supportive friend to Wade (Wilson Bethel), but when she makes a grand gesture, Wade is forced to make a tough decision about his future with the Rammer Jammer and BlueBell. Lavon (Cress Williams) and George (Scott Porter) meet their hero Don Todd (guest star Reggie Hayes, "Girlfriends"), who helps them see things in their life more clearly. Grandma Bettie (guest star Maree Cheatham) tries to convince Lemon (Jaime King) that she has to take her search for a suitable husband more seriously. Meanwhile, AnnaBeth (Kaitlyn Black) is trying to picture her future with Davis (guest star Barry Watson). Bethany Rooney directed the episode written by Leila Gerstein."

Hart of Dixie airs Friday at 9/8c on The CW.
