The first look at Rookie Blue's Season 5 premiere has been released just weeks from its debut date.

Details Behind Andy's Love Triangle With Nick and Sam 

While the ABC police drama returned to Canada Monday, the United States won't get it back until June 19. In the meantime, viewers were given a 30-second promo of the episode called Blink to keep them occupied.

Officer Andy (played by Missy Peregrym) is going back and forth between Nick (Peter Mooney) and Sam (Ben Bass). It definitely doesn't help they are deaing with the afterath of Sam being shot at the end of Season 4; which leads McNally to spill out her true feelings about him in the new episode.

She and Dov (Gregory Smith) are sitting in a coffee shop when she tells him she proclaimed her love for Sam in the hospital.

"I'm sitting there and I'm watching Sam bleed. I got [slammed] back into how I feel so yes, I said, 'I love you.'"

When Dov asks about her other love Nick, Andy snaps and says, "I don't know."

As if right on cue, a woman at the cash register pulls out her gun and attempts to rob the shop.

Andy firmly tells Dov, "Let it go. I don't feel like being a cop today."

The woman then yells, "Nobody's leaving until we get what we came for!"

Dov and Andy decide to keep their police identities under wraps in attempt to not make matters even worse.

In the meantime, doctors try to get Sam's bleeding under control as he fights for his life.
