The Pretty Little Liars are hot on the trail of 'A' in New York and there's a very real chance their nemesis could be unmasked in the near future.

If 'A' does become more than a faceless letter, what will that mean for the ABC Family series? An unmasking of the major villain could be the end of the line for Pretty Little Liars.

"I don't think the end of season five is the end of our story," said executive producer Marlene King, according to E!, without explicitly stating if 'A' will be revealed this season. "We know what that ending is already and it definitely sets us up for some more stories to tell in season six, but of course we have to rely on ABC Family for that, but I think they'll think so too."

As for who 'A' actually is, King informed Entertainment Weekly that Mona is not completely off the Liars' suspect list.

"Well, I think for the girls though, I think Mona always stays a suspect," King said. "As Original 'A,' as that person who tortured Alison and the girls and hit Hanna with a car. I think she always stays a suspect."
