Several hearts may soon be broken in Port Charles as town residents are forced to struggle with different ways to break bad news to their loved ones on General Hospital.

Patrick and Sabrina Pick Baby Names?

Patrick (Jason Thompson) and Sabrina (Teresa Castillo) were excited by the progress their extremely premature son Gabriel had made, so much so that they even gave him a name, but despite the improvements in his condition, the baby boy had died. And not only do the two need to deal with their own grief over losing their son, Patrick has to deal with the added task of letting his daughter, Emma (Brooklyn Rae Silzer) know that she no longer has a little brother.

"How am I going to tell her that her little brother is gone?" Patrick asks Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) in a preview clip for the Thursday, June 5.

Sam Shocked By An Unexpected Visitor?

They aren't the only ones who are dealing with possible heartbreak, though the kind that Sam (Kelly Monaco) may potentially have to go through will be of a decidedly different variety.

Her son Danny's birthday party was interrupted with the shock arrival of boyfriend Silas' (Michael Easton) wife, Nina (Michelle Stafford) -- who had been presumed dead a while ago.

Now, Silas may end his relationship with Sam, in favor of his returned wife -- a very real concern for Sam.

"What if Silas still loves Nina?" she asks her mother, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn).

Meanwhile, Silas has brought Nina to his home, and appears to be considering his relationship with his wife again.

"I'm going to be very happy living her with you," Nina says to him in the clip.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 2 p.m. on ABC.
