Instagram celebrity Dan Bilzerian reportedly celebrated the birthday of a female friend based on his latest image with a random object.

The picture that was posted on Friday shows Bilzerian as he appears to be in a dining room, posing with three women. Two of them are sitting while Bilzerian and the other girl stand up behind them in a group shot. The Internet playboy has his arm around the girl as she holds up another picture to his face.

Bilzerian's eyes can be seen, but the image by his mouth shows the bottom half of a face with a beard, mustache and sideburns. The image has the phrase "I (heart) my" with the facial hair below.

There is a table in front of the group with red cups, wine glasses and a fancy cake.

The photo is captioned, "Happy 19th Bday @only1andreea, just think, only 2 more yrs till you can buy beer."

Bilzerian is typically known for posting images with other women, although they're usually wearing less clothing. Earlier this week, the playboy added a picture of two females in sexy maid outfits as they clean up a bathroom. One is standing while the other is on all fours in a back shot.

This image is captioned, "A man needs to always keep a clean house... To be clear, I am not suggesting that he clean his house."

Bilzerian's pictures also tend to include firing guns, fancy cars, poker playing, going on vacation and his cat named Smushball.
