Instagram sensation McKayla Maroney added a new image of herself at a children's clinic while giving strong words of wisdom.

The photo that was posted on Friday shows Maroney wearing a T-shirt and a backwards hat as she poses with two girls as well as a young girl on a hospital bed. The black and white shot shows everyone smiling for the camera as the model-gymnast has her arm around the patient.

Maroney captioned the picture with a phrase that is likely meant to inspire others.

"you have 86,400 seconds in a day... have you used one to smile?" she wrote.

The gymnast added other photos to her page of her time at the clinic, including one where she's playing air hockey with a young boy. They're playing against two of Maroney's male friends where she mentioned in the caption that she and the boy won.

The Instagram model seemed to enjoy herself during her time with the kids based on another group shot where her friends are dressed in superhero costumes. Maroney joins the group along with a patient as they all smile for the camera.

"loved visiting kids& giving out hats with my @loveyourmelon friends at @chocchildrens today," Maroney wrote.

Most of the gymnast's Instagram images are random selfies, some more revealing than others. Some are of her face as she smiles while others show her posing in fancy black dresses.

Maroney currently has more than 700,000 followers, making her one of the most popular models on the Internet.
