After being spotted strutting her shocking weight loss in New York City, Hart of Dixie star Jaime King has made yet another controversial move.

This time, The CW actress shared an Instagram picture of her breastfeeding her infant son, James. The new mom posted the natural looking picture Sunday. She held her hand over head and included a caption that confirmed she was indeed making a statement regarding the breast feeding movement.

King wrote, "#JamesKnight is now 8 months old! These are the moments a mother lives for. Breastfeeding should not be taboo- and bottle feeding should not be judged- it's ALL fun for the whole family:)"

While moms often get lots of backlash and flack for being so candid and open when it comes to breastfeeding, several of King's 304,000 followers supported her choice and complimented her brave action.

One left the comment, "your right breast feeding is priceless and beautiful ! I want a picture of myself and my child just like this one if his blesses me with another baby !"

Another wrote, "I love you for this!!! #freetheboobies ❤"

A fan added, "Such a beautiful picture!" while another encouraged her to "Keep on.

King isn't the first celebrity mom to take a public stance on breast feeding.

Kourtney Kardashian, reality star of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, was once spotted breastfeeding her daughter Penelope in Miami, FL. Angelina Jolie, Gwen Stefani and Miranda Kerr are also moms who aren't ashamed to breastfeed their little ones in the public eye.
